Designer : Hey, let us take a look with this installation art. The whole room was decorated with three colors, including red, white and blue. The pattern is vertical and horizontal. The idea is from the redwhiteblue bag, the unique product of Hong Kong. The organize is very intimate. It looks like simply but elegant. I love this very much. You can see how thoughtful Stanley,WONG Ping Pui is.
Scholar : In a manner, Stanley,WONG Ping Pui really did a great job. According to the history, redwhiteblue bag appears in the early decade of one thousand and sixty century in Hong Kong. Redwhiteblue bag is the symbol of Hong Kong cultural, he uses the pattern to create a installation. This installation displays in London. It can let more people know more about Hong Kong cultural . Show the Hong Kong spirit to the English.
Gunfighter : It is the crossover with England interior design, you can see that the furniture is in England style, but the design is Hong Kong spirit colors, red, white and blue. The shape of mirror, sofa, chair, teapoy, ceiling lamp, table lamp are England style. The body of those things are use with redwhiteblue canvas. Also, floor, wall and painting are redwhiteblue canvas, too. Turn out the whole looks harmonious.
Designer : You are right, gunfighter. When I look this installation, I was attracted by the table lamp and the ceiling lamp. I do really like the both design. For the table lamp, the lampstand pattern was designed in gyrate lines with redwhiteblue, it is marvelous. And, the cover of the lamp is horizontal, designed like mosaic. It is very special. When people use redwhiteblue bag, we always associate with conservative. Surprisingly, designed by Stanley,WONG Ping Pui, it becomes grand.
Scholar : Ok. How about the ceiling lamp? I do not think that there is any crossover in the design. It looks old. Designed like the lantern adorned with a revoving circle of paper horses, I can not see any England element. I can not find any Hong Kong cultural ,only the old fashion China. It is so disgusting.
Gunfighter : Scholar, I am sorry to hear that. Actually, I also like both lamps very much, and I agree the point of view from the designer. The ceiling lamp design provide striking key points. It can show the contrast between Hong Kong style and England style. The whole room crossover with two designs, but it looks very match. The ceiling lamp is the most Hong Kong style on the whole. Point out the design. You should not just care about the social worth, the shape likes the Chinese, but the details use the England way to carve. The canvas which lighted up are very flavorous. And the decoration hangs from the lamp is very cute, too.
Designer : This installation show the creative of Stanley,WONG Ping Pui.
Scholar : Creative? Are you kidding? What did he create? He just copies the redwhiteblue pattern, that totally is not design by him. It have already existed before that installation. What is the shame of saying that he is a original ? What is the point?
Gunfighter : Calm down man. Stanley,WONG Ping Pui just use the redwhiteblue canvas to do the art work. You are correct. These pattern is not create from him, why say that he is creative, it is because he use this element to create a new installation, it is not just a redwhiteblue canvas, also include the England design. Such kind of work, there are nobody do it before. That why he is creative.
Designer : Using canvas have the meaning. Redwhiteblue canvas bag is a symbol of Hong Kong hard work spirit. Please think of the meaning first, do not insult other.
Scholar : This time I agree your point, redwhiteblue canvas bag symbolize positive values and fortitude mind. It is the Hong Kong people value in sixty and seventy century. Promoting the Hong Kong people spirit to the English. Using the redwhiteblue canvas as wall and floor can remind us ,forgive is not the right way to become success. When look at this, it can guide us to the meaningful direction. Redwhiteblue equal to Hong Kong people value. This art work has the academic influence. It can cheer up the society.
Gunfighter : In part, this installation performed by collage. Take a look with the floor, .Stanley,WONG Ping Pui cuts the redwhiteblue canvas in the same size squares. The wall makes with two pattern of canvas. The upper use the whiteblue canvas. And, the down use the redwhiteblue canvas. The pattern all in vertical, with different width. Positive view are all around.
Designer : All the art works you find in this installation are not very expensive and far from us. It is all around us. All of this is the part of our daily life. I admire that Stanley,WONG Ping Pui can see his daily life as the element of the creation. It inspires me to pay attention to all the things around us. “from London to hong kong to London”installation exhibition is the good example.
Scholar : This installation also shows the past of Hong Kong. It is very meaningful. Hong Kong have be reigned about one hundred and fifty years by England before one thousand and ninety-seven year. The main color of the England national flag also are red, white and blue. Although, this installation aims to crossover with two cultural, it has the other meaning behind. This is the sign of the colonial characteristic of Hong Kong. Showing the community memory to the public from this installation.
Gunfighter : Oh, you seem very satisfied with this art work.
Designer : Did you find that the whole design of the room divided into two parts?
Scholar : What? Two parts? How?
Gunfighter : I find the different. The design of the whole room divided into two parts. There are the top side and the down side. The top side main color are white and blue, it is more harmony and comfortable. It is because the vertical pattern is more simple. The down side main color are red, white and blue, it is complicated. When I pay attention to look at that, it makes me feel dizzy.
Designer : Will Stanley,WONG Ping Pui have any purpose? Do you have any idea?
Scholar : You ask me? I have no idea, too. Both of you do not know, how can you expect me to know. Are you kidding?
Gunfighter : Hey! Do not argue. Ok?
Designer : Nobody argue. I like the detail intention of the design. The color of the England style installations are always black, white, brown and cream-colored. Stanley,WONG Ping Pui use the cool color tone. It looks more calm and elegant. On the other hand, the color of the Hong Kong installations are always red, white and blue. Stanley,WONG Ping Pui choose the warm color tone. It is full of passion.
Scholar : You are in the right. It expresses different cultural. English people personality is very cool. They always have the self-perception and individualism mind. But, the Hong Kong people always pay hard work hard. They always due with any stuff in a passion. The positive value is worth to admire.
Gunfighter : There still have two different between two designs. The shape of the England design are always smooth. The outline of the pattern also very slick. But the shape and outline of the Hong Kong design are always straight.
Designer : Great, you are very carefull.
Scholar : This installations are very use of express the relationship of Hong Kong and England cultural. Nobody else do it before, Stanley,WONG Ping Pui is the first person. We should proud of our spirit.

Scholar : Ok! Ok! As I know the other artists begin to aware of this art work, there are few people follow the redwhiteblue rule to create work. I think that is good to promote Hong Kong cultural.
